European OS platform According to EU Regulation No. 524/2013 on online dispute resolution in consumer matters (alternative dispute resolution in accordance with Art. 14 Para. 1 ODR-VO and Section 36 VSBG), from January 9, 2016, consumers have the opportunity to resolve disputes with Entrepreneurs in connection with online sales contracts or online service contracts can be settled out of court via an online platform (OS platform).
